SPC Vinyl Flooring
It consists of a thick wear-resistant layer, a UV layer, a color film texture layer, and a base material layer. European and American countries call this type of floor RVP (rigid vinyl plank), a rigid plastic floor. Its base material is a composite board made by mixing stone powder and thermoplastic polymer materials evenly and then extruding them at high temperature. It has the properties and characteristics of both wood and plastic, ensuring the strength and toughness of the floor.
SPC Vinyl Flooring structure
Wear-resistant layer: PNC transparent wear-resistant layer, thickness is about 0.3mm, transparent texture, strong adhesion, wear and scratch resistance, wear resistance coefficient can reach 6000-8000 revolutions.
UV layer: UV oil is cured by curing agent to form a coating, which can prevent ultraviolet light from volatilizing chemicals in the board. Color film layer: Various wood grain, stone grain, carpet grain decorative layer, can meet the different needs of different occasions and tastes.
Polymer substrate layer: A composite board made of stone powder and thermoplastic polymer material after mixing evenly and then extruding at high temperature, which has the performance and characteristics of both wood and plastic, so this floor has good strength and toughness.
SPC floor locking process
The locking technology is to connect the floor blocks into an integral structure by interlocking the inverted tenons around the floor. The locking technology realizes "self-connection" without any external accessories and is the most advanced floor structure in the industry.
